Dear Community Partner,
It is with great anticipation and excitement to announce and invite your organization to the 4th annual AccessToCare Conference on August 22 and 23. The results of last year’s expo were so positive that we are planning to extend the conference to two days this year! The excitement is high, and we’re already receiving contacts from potential exhibitors. Enclosed is our tentative agenda so that you can get a sense of the event and your expected time commitment.
This year, our focus will be primarily on the exhibitor expo, special needs-related seminars, and childcare with creative activities, all of which are open to the community at no charge (sponsors and special needs-related exhibitors will be given an opportunity to participate in a seminar). We are planning a multi-faceted and extensive marketing campaign that will concentrate on our target groups - people interested in disability-related products and services, as well as general health and wellness products and services. As far as the event itself, we will:
- Encourage attendees to visit every booth by asking the exhibitors to give a raffle ticket to every person who makes a quality visit. The ticket also enters them a great grand prize drawing. We are still working on the details of this process, but the goal is to keep foot traffic and excitement high.
- Have an Exhibitor Booth Decorating Contest. Booths will be judged on creativity and aesthetics. Prizes will be awarded to the top three entries.
· Have an emcee present that will be energizing the crowd and interacting with many of the exhibitors. The higher the energy from the exhibitors, the more attention your booth will receive!

By clicking on the Booth Layout & Pricing link below, you can view the booth locations and fees. We are placing limits on the number of exhibitors within each industry or market, so you are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible in order to ensure that your place is reserved for this exciting conference! This year, the booths will be 10’ x 10’ in size and fewer in number. Also, we will feature a special “corral” for non-profit and government agencies.
